Abstract

Solar drying has several advantages over the traditional drying method and it has been now modernized and developed for drying various agricultural and food products. Solar energy drying which is proven to be an environment friendly and economically viable in the developing countries. The working condition with respective to design of various solar driers with thermal drying factors has been reviewed.
